It starts with a complimentary consultation call - a chance for us to get to know each other and make sure we both agree that it is the right fit. If it is, I take it from there. Rather than flooding you with endless options, I do the research and present the best recommendation for your trip, with no more than three alternatives if needed. No decision fatigue, no endless scrolling - just a clear path to your perfect getaway.

This is a chance for us to learn about each other - I learn your travel preferences and what type of trip you are looking to book, and you get to learn my planning style and what to expect when you hire me. If we decide to work together, the next step is signing my client agreement form and paying any service planning fees that may apply. Proposal Period
I use the information learned from our planning call and build your dream vacation from my network of preferred suppliers. Once it's ready, I send you the live link to the itinerary and you can make comments, ask for adjustments, and approve the options. Once you approve it, you'll get the credit card authorization form to fill out and then I will book it for you!

The Details
Booking your trip is only a small part of my services. Once the trip is confirmed, I will keep track of all deadlines, plan tours and excursions, assist with dining plans, and essentially take care of all the small details for your trip so all you have to do is pack and show up!

Traveling
My job doesn't stop once your departure date arrives. I stay in touch throughout the trip in case any issues arise. I even track all flights, regardless of whether I booked them or not! And finally, I welcome you home and follow up to make sure the trip was everything you hoped it would be!
